Draft — pending legal review
Employer Placement Terms
Last updated October 2026. This document is a working draft and is not final until reviewed by counsel.
These draft terms summarize how our success fee is intended to work. They are illustrative only and become binding only through a written placement agreement signed by both parties before any candidate introduction.
Success fee
The fee is a percentage of the hired candidate's agreed annual fixed base salary. Tips, bonuses, commissions, benefits and any other variable compensation are excluded from the fee base. We focus exclusively on salaried positions:
- Under $40,000 — 7%
- $40,000 to $59,999 — 8%
- $60,000 to $99,999 — 9%
- $100,000 and above — 10%
The employer pays the fee; candidates never pay.
When it is due
No upfront or retainer fee. The fee becomes payable only after the candidate has completed 90 days of continuous employment, measured from the first day of work. If employment ends before day 90, no fee is owed.
Introductions
A candidate introduced by us and hired within 12 months of the introduction (into any role) is considered a placement. Exact terms will be set in the agreement.
Employer responsibilities
- You are the sole employer: you hire, pay, insure and manage the candidate.
- Any decision to sponsor a visa is yours alone, handled with your own licensed immigration counsel and at your own cost.
- You comply with all applicable employment, wage, anti-discrimination and immigration laws.
- You keep candidate information confidential and use it only for this hiring process.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that suitable candidates will be found or that any visa will be obtained.
