What we do

The Hire Circle introduces hospitality candidates to employers for direct-hire positions in New York City and Miami. We are not an employer, staffing agency of record, payroll provider, visa sponsor or immigration advisor.

What we don't do

  • We do not employ candidates or act as employer of record.
  • We do not process payroll or pay wages.
  • We do not sponsor visas, provide immigration advice, or promise any immigration outcome.
  • We do not guarantee job placement, interviews or hiring decisions.

Candidates

Candidates never pay us any fee. You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share your CV.

Employers

Employers make all hiring decisions, employ and pay hires directly, and are solely responsible for compliance with employment and immigration law. Fees are governed by the Employer Placement Terms and a written agreement.

Equal opportunity

We will not act on discriminatory requests and may decline to work with any party that asks us to.
